Majubina Group Berhad, a privately held company, was founded from the legacy of Syarikat Perusahaan Majubina which was established in 1985. The company began as a provider of mega steel structure manufacturing, including tobacco blow pipes and pressed steel water tanks, as well as construction services. In 1997,
Syarikat Perusahaan Majubina was upgraded to a private limited company and registered with Petronas as a contractor providing construction, supply, and maintenance services. The company has a proven track record of building petrol stations, pipelines, and tanks for oil and gas products throughout Malaysia. From 1999 to 2015,
Majubina secured several contracts to build buildings, government schools, factories, and farms (palm oil plantations) throughout Malaysia, cementing its reputation as a reputable and reliable player in the industry.
