Majubina Agrotrade Industries (M) Sdn Bhd (MATRI) is a subsidiary company registered under the Companies Commission of Malaysia Act 1965 on April 19, 2018. The company is a subsidiary of Syarikat Perusahaan Majubina Sdn Bhd (SPM) which was established on September 29, 1997 as a Bumiputera company, registered with PKK Class B, CIDB Grade G6, Ministry of Finance, and Petronas in the Downstream and Upstream sectors. SPM is mainly involved in civil and construction work. The establishment of MATRI is in line with the company's interest in the agriculture industry and aims to improve the sector through a well-planned and cohesive approach toward making agriculture a sustainable pillar of economic growth in Malaysia.
