Majubina Mining Sdn Bhd (MMSB) was established on July 7, 2022, as a specialized entity engaged in mining, mineral trading (export), and manufacturing. Operating as a subsidiary of Majubina Group Berhad, MMSB holds two Mining Lease Concessions for gold mines, covering an expansive area of approximately 988 acres. Situated in the Gua Musang district of Kelantan state, these concessions are strategically located within the Central Tectonic Gold Belt, specifically within the Goldfield area renowned for its rich gold mineralization.

The flagship endeavor of MMSB revolves around the Exploration License mining site concession permit, which spans across a prime 138-hectare expanse in Mukim Pulai Daerah Ulu Galas, Gua Musang. This locale is distinguished by its geological significance, characterized as a low mesothermal lode gold deposit attributed to its tectonic and geological attributes. The gold extracted from this region exhibits remarkable fineness ranging between 950-982, further enhancing its intrinsic value and market desirability.
